THE MODEL

Co-locating generation, storage and demand.

Not procuring power on paper. PACE DC integrates supply and demand at the same site - reducing reliance on grid carbon averages and investing in grid-supporting infrastructure rather than only drawing from it.

01 · GENERATION

Utility-scale renewables

Co-located renewable generation powers the facility directly via private wire - first-party clean electrons, integrating supply and demand at the same site. A secured grid connection supplies the balance.

02 · STORAGE

Battery storage (BESS)

On-site BESS manages supply continuity and stores clean energy generated on site, shifting daytime generation into overnight operation - as primary backup in place of diesel, and supporting the local electricity network during system stress.

03 · DEMAND

Compute Infrastructure for the AI Era

Carrier-neutral infrastructure engineered for AI, cloud and high-performance computing workloads. Designed to deliver high availability, low latency and flexible deployment for a wide range of operators.
